OFFICIAL 2011 KBVCM Results (finalized June 8, 2011) Due to the challenging weather conditions at this year’s KeyBank Vermont City Marathon, our organization will extend “Official Finisher” status to all competitors who made it to the finish line within 7 hours of the race start horn. This is a one-year exception to our stated policy, as our race documents which all entrants agree to state that KBVCM has a 6 hour time limit.
For those of you still on the course at the 7 hour mark who made it to the finish, our Staff, Board and Race Committee congratulates you on your effort. Although you will not be listed in the results as an Official Finisher, that cannot take away from your accomplishment in any way. Official Finisher or Unofficial Finisher, there is honor in the effort each of you displayed on Sunday.
