KBVCM Relay Lottery Results mailed February 7, 2011
Results of the 2011 KeyBank Vermont City Marathon Relay Lottery will be emailed to all who registered on Monday, February 7. A total of 650 2-person and 650 3-5 person relay teams are
randomly selected from the lottery entries submitted between January 1
and January 31 each year. This year saw 1089 2-person Relay Lottery entrants and 928 3-5 person Relay Lottery entrants.
Team Captains selected in the lottery will be provided a reservation code and link to the Team Manager platform. Team Capatins intending to use their team will use the reservation code to register themselves as the the Team Captain, create a team name and invite team members to join. Team Captains selected in the lottery who are unable to use their team should retain the unused reservation code, as it will be required by the new Team Captain. Each team must supply a complete roster online by May 13, 2011. Any team changes after May 13, 2011 must be handled at race Packet Pick-Up at the Sport and Fitness EXPO on May 27 and 28, 2011.
RunVermont provides a message board to facilitate the exchange of teams between Team Captains unable to use teams awarded to them and runners seeking to buy or join a team. RunVermont requires that no team be sold for more than its face value ($120 for a 2-Person team and $185 for a 3-5 person team).
