Join RunVermont for a great morning of running at the Northern Lights Rock & Ice in Essex, VT on Saturday, October 23, 2010. Registration opens at 10:30, the runs will take off at 11:00am. Kids ages 4-12 can choose to participate in either the 1/2 mile or 1-mile runs. In addition, kids and parents will have the opportunity to taste several different Clif Z-Bars. We'll wrap up the morning with a great raffle including prizes donated from Chira Orthodontics, SkiRack, Northern Lights Rock & Ice and Charlotte Berry Farm. Click for complete details.
